Why can't I view the TV Guide?
Probably because you need flash installed on your computer. Go here to download it from adobe. This download is safe, it simply allows your computer to understand flash files and is from a reputable company.

How do I set a program reminder?
You have to be logged in and have either a mobile number or email address in your account, so that we know where to send the reminder. If that's the case, you just press "set reminder", select your options and press ok. You'll never miss your favourite show again!

I have dial-up internet. Why is the site so slow?
Firstly, congratulations on making it this far! Due to the large amount of video and high-resolution images we're providing on the site, we recommend you have some form of broadband Internet to use the site as intended. If you have a slow connection but are committed, you can still use the site but you will have to have some patience.

Click tools -> internet options, then click on the advanced tab, scroll down to multimedia, and untick "show pictures". This way it will be a little quicker, but it will also mean you don't get to see images.

I've got great internet, but the site is still slow. What's up with that?
There are many other reasons why this might be the case. The site may be experiencing excessive demand or the servers may be having issues. It may also be a problem with your Internet connection. Whatever the case, if the problem is at our end we will no doubt be fixing it as best we can, however if it is a recurring problem then pop it into the feedback topic in the contact us forum and we'll do our best.

Why does the video keep lagging?
Video requires very high bandwidth, so unfortunately even with broadband this can happen sometimes. An idea might be to let it play and leave it minimised for a while, then later on come back to it. By this time it should have downloaded and you can watch it all without it jumping and loading all the time.
