Pick of the Clips: Juliet's First Hardcore Song

Since being posted this video has spread like wildfire. 8 year old Juliet teamed up with a family friend during her school holidays to produce her first hardcore song. Normally characterised by intense riffing, double kick drums and distinctive screaming this 8 year old girl hardly fits into the heavily tattooed and pierced emo kid stereotype, (though she does have the ‘metal’ hair down pat, perfect for headbanging!)

In a genre of music renowned for its pretentions and overly specific sub classification (nintendo-core and crab-core for example) Juliet’s music has already been dubbed the birth of tramp mosh-core. You’ll find out why as she throws down in the breakdown.

Though she may only be 8 years old, Juliet is ‘METAL’. Watch below, and throw your devil horns in the air. \m/
