Take a Chilean thrill ride
Published Date: 15/09/2011
You don't need to be a mountain biker to appreciate these sort of thrills. Most mountain bikers spend the winter resting up in between race seasons but a few hardy souls have started taking it to the next level with urban downhill bike racing.
The Valparaiso Cerro Abajo race in Chile is into its eighth year, and in the 2010 race, one brave rider strapped a camera to his helmet to capture the ride.
Hop on and ride past stairs, streets, fans and onlookers, around rogue dogs, over jumps and down some truly terrifying slopes.
