The smash hit reality series UNDERCOVER BOSS follows the bosses of some of America’s biggest corporations slip anonymously into frontline jobs in their companies to find out what could be improved and discover some of the unsung heroes that make their companies work.
Each week a different executive will leave the comfort of their corner office for an undercover mission to examine the inner workings of their company. While working alongside their employees, they will see the effects their decisions have on others, where the problems lie within their organisation and get an up-close look at both the good and the bad while discovering the unsung heroes who make their company run.
“Anybody who has had a boss, or who has worked in a company, will understand this show,” said executive producer Stephen Lambert. “And for the person in charge, to be able to see what their employees are really doing seemed like an exciting idea.”
